Non-School of Music Organizations
If your organization is interested in renting a space in the Moody Music Building, please email Trevor Pruitt at firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability and rental prices.
Faculty members should send room reservation requests through the Yarooms scheduling system. Sign in to your account and submit a request for the room and time you wish to reserve. If you do not yet have an account or are experiencing technical difficulties, please email Trevor Pruitt at email@example.com.
Note: Requests made after 12 p.m. during the week will not be managed until 9 a.m. the following day. Requests made after 12 p.m. on a Friday will be processed the following Monday at 9 a.m.
To reserve a room, please visit the Box Office on weekdays (M-F) between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. You may also ask a professor to submit your request through Yarooms.
