Cards and Letters will be an enticing evening of American one-act operas by composers including Jeremy Gill, Samuel Barber, Mark Adamo and others. Some as short as ten minutes in length, the brevity of these works doesn’t diminish their impactful stories and visceral vocalism. A highlight of the production will be Gill’s psychological thriller Letters to Quebec from Providence in the Rain.
