Copeland Scott will be continuing his education by pursuing a Masters of Music in Commercial Music Performance at Belmont University beginning in the Fall of 2023!
Copeland completed his Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies in the Spring of 2023.
While at the University of Alabama School of Music, Scott participated in the Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Combo, The Million Dollar Band, Trumpet Studio and Ensemble, Resonance Show Choir Band, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Hilaritas Holiday Orchestra, Sea Queens via Warren Ertle, and a multitude of gigs through the University of Alabama and its community.
When asked about his time at The University of Alabama, Copeland recalls:
“I can’t say enough about Chris Kozak, Jon Noffsinger, and all the instructors I had while at the Capstone. They taught me so much, and they were wonderful mentors”
